Kazumitsu Tendo (天童 和光, Tendō Kazumitsu) is the Deputy Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism; LITT. He is also largely responsible for the cause of the the Third Kanto Battle. To be more specific, he is responsible for the cause of the collapse of Monolith 32. He was the one who oversaw the construction of Monolith 32, however he skimped out on making it a pure Varanium monolith, adding in filler material to save money. Aldebaran was subsequently able to hang onto it due to the weak magnetic energy emitted. Kazumitsu was killed by his sister Kisara Tendo during a duel following the events and end of the Third Kanto Battle.
