Yulia Kochenkova is a Belarusian Initiator partnered with Andrei Litvintsev. She is a member of Witches Squadron, a Russian special operations team consisting exclusively of Initiators; and was the strongest Initiator of the former Belarus. She is also a girl carrying the cheetah factor in her genes.

She is a young girl who looks the same age and height as Enju, she has ice-cold blue eyes and long silver hair.
History[]
Ten years ago, when Belarus was facing the tragedy of a great extinction from the viruses released by the King of Pestilence, Yulia's mother fled desperately to Russia. She was born in a refugee camp established by the Russian government, but her mother died from puerperal fever. If only the refugee camp had sufficient medical environments, her mother would not have died.
Years later, when she was picked up by the Witches Squadron, she was almost on the verge of death. Reportedly, she was cowering in a dark alley, eating rotten food, without even the strength to shoo away the flies that were on her face.
After that, she received a high-quality education in the squadron, for which she is deeply grateful. Reportedly, it was during this time when she met Litvintsev.

Yulia defeated a Model Shark Initiator with an IP rank of 550 using her sharp tiger-claw-like weapon that is made of Varanium.
